This pen holder uses elastic to hold on to your favorite hard or stiff cover book or notebook and will hold 1 to 2 pens or highlighters. The scripture verse, "If you are not firm in faith, you will not be firm at all. Isaiah 7:9b" is laser etched on it. Holder measures approximately 6 3/4 in long and 1 3/4 in wide.
